Cancelling Your Booking

Please read the following in full to understand our process re: cancelling;

1. In order to cancel your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the day of your booking.

2. If your booking is over a weekend, you must cancel no later than 4:30pm the Thursday prior.

3. After these times there is a $100 cancellation fee.

4. There is no cancellation fee for dangerous weather, however;

5. There are further terms for dangerous weather which must be reviewed in our terms and conditions.

6. Our driver must arrive to assess the set up area in order to confirm that a rental cannot go ahead. Please note for dangerous weather cancellation you must meet all requirements of our terms and conditions.

7. In these instances, your driver is not the correct person to consult with as to whether or not your booking qualifies for a refund. This is to be reserved for your discussion with the office.
